- AboutFaction is an Austin-based cycling company that focuses on bags, cycling attire, and accessories. Faction found their footing in building an identity based around the idea of well-made waterproof products with a lifetime warranty to back it up.
- ObjectiveComing up from the local cycling community, Faction has a strong presence among its most avid and long standing followers. The goal is to create a branded system that would allow this locally made company to retain its down-to-earth feel while being able to project them to a distinguished identity.
- StrategyFocusing on their tagline and name we were able to create a versatile mark paired with a slab serif typeface. This allows us to show the duality between their idea of a sturdy well made product and the freedom of riding at high speeds on a fixed-gear bike.
